ADAPTOGENIC RAW BROWNIES

Lion's mane is known for being a neurogenesis, improving cognition function, and reducing anxiety and depression; it is also rich in vitamins and minerals that regulate healthy cellular function. And contain various bioactive compounds such as prebiotic fibers and digestive enzymes.
Ingredients
Oat flour(Blend rolled oats) 4 Cups
Coconut milk 400 mL
Cocoa powder 1/3
Dried apricots 1 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
Cashews 1 cup
Chia seeds 1/3
Sea salt 1/4 tsp
Sunflower butter 4 tbsp
Maple syrup 1 cup
Lions mane powder 1 tbsp
directions
1. Blend rolled oats, chia seeds, and cocoa powder in a high-speed blender until you have created a flour-like consistency. Then add it to a separate bowl.
2. Add the coconut milk, cashews, dried apricots, and sunflower butter to a high-speed blender until smooth.
3. Mix all ingredients, add them to a lined medium pan of your choice, and flatten until smooth and even.
4. Refrigerate brownies for 30 mins to 1 hour.
5. Once cooled, cut into squares and top with cocoa powder (optional), and Enjoy!
